Booking Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, East Java Tours begins arranging services for your private tour dates. These may include accommodation, guides, private transport, permits, attraction entries, ferry arrangements, route planning, and other tour-related logistics.

The deposit secures your travel dates and allows us to confirm the services required for your itinerary.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

East Java Tours begins making bookings, payments, and administrative arrangements once a tour is confirmed. These arrangements are made specifically for your travel dates and may include accommodation reservations, guides, transport, permits, attraction entries, ferry arrangements, and other tour services.

For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded if a guest cancels their booking.

We strongly recommend that all guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.

Payment Methods

East Java Tours recommends payment by Wise transfer.

Direct deposit into the PT. East Java Tours business bank account is also accepted.
